Shipping

We fulfill orders from multiple warehouses and distributors across the country to offer a large inventory at competitive prices.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding recognized state or federal holidays. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation from the carrier, or for shipping delays outside of our control.

Please note that some products or large orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box and will require a physical address (e.g., wheels, racks, or heavy items). We will contact you if needed.

Returns

We offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

We will cover return shipping and waive restocking fees if the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item). Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To qualify for a return, items must be in new condition—unused, uninstalled, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Items with removed tags, damaged packaging, or not in sellable condition will not be accepted. Do not attach shipping labels directly to manufacturer packaging—use an outer box or bag.

Include a note with your Order Number and relevant details inside the return package.

Returns sent without prior authorization or to the wrong address will not be accepted.

Damages or Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue. We will cover return shipping if the issue is due to our error.

Exchanges

Due to our multi-warehouse system, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest solution is to return the item and place a new order.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, energy gels, drinks, supplements), personal care items (body care, shampoo, CBD products), and hazardous materials.

Refunds

Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after arrival at our warehouse. You will be notified once your return is inspected and approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
